the begining of something

Anger is a secondary emotion, meaning, there is always a different emotion/thought process responsible for your anger or frustration. A lot of the time it’s the act of grieving, or knowing that the situation you were once in has come to an end and therefore to healthfully move on and recover from your loss, you must grieve first. I think knowing you have to grieve is actually harder than the process itself. What if you don’t know how to grieve?

grief - Great sadness, especially as a result of a death. The cause of intense, deep, and profound sorrow, especially a specific event or situation.

grieve - To experience great sadness, for example, at a death.

Those definitions sound more like something I avoid rather than voluntarily put myself through, even though deep inside I know I must enter this obvious torture in order to heal the inner parts of my soul. One must ask themselves : If it really worth the healing?

The answer is always an unwavering YES. Healing is freeing.

….and this is where my mind goes blank.
